About this project:
Mill No. 1 is a modern renovation of the historic cotton mill situated in the Jones Falls Valley of Baltimore. Keeping its 19th century character and charm, this multi-use complex includes the development of upscale offices, apartments, and restaurants. Because the Mill No. 1 apartments are pet friendly, 525 square feet of K9Grass was installed to create a beautiful, comfortable environment for the tenants and their pets.
